Thank you for shopping with SVASTHAA.
We take great care in ensuring the quality, freshness, and safety of our millet-based food products.
Because we deal with consumable goods, our return and refund policy is designed to maintain food hygiene while ensuring fairness and customer satisfaction.


1. Returns Policy

Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been:

  • Opened, used, or consumed (partially or fully).
  • Damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to heat/moisture.

Eligible for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

If you meet the above criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at info@svasthaa.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue
  3. Our team will verify the claim within 2–3 business days.
  4. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or replacement as applicable.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
  • It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind or dislike of taste/texture (since food preferences are subjective).
  • Delays caused by courier or unforeseen conditions (e.g., weather, lockdowns).
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@svasthaa.in.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 3–5 business days.


5. Damaged or Missing Products

In rare cases of transit damage or missing items:

  • Please share clear unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will verify and either resend the product or initiate a refund, as applicable.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace a product, please follow the return process and place a new order once your return is approved.
