This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products across India through trusted and verified courier partners.
Delivery serviceability depends on your pin code, which will be confirmed at checkout.


2. Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location, courier availability, or unforeseen factors such as weather or strikes.


4. Shipping Charges

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and link to monitor your shipment status.
  • You can also track your order by logging in to your SVASTHAA account on https://svasthaa.in.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If you are unavailable, they may contact you to reschedule.
  • After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us — in which case, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain situations are beyond our control:

  • Natural calamities, lockdowns, or government restrictions
  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

We appreciate your understanding in such rare cases.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tampered, please:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the package immediately.
  2. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at info@svasthaa.in.
  3. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We are working towards expanding our delivery network globally soon.
